For when you love chocolate orange but can't find a vegan version. The bites of fresh orange juice amongst the rich brownie is such a heavenly contrast! Also makes for a great dinner party display.

450g brownie mix
30g melted margarine
90g boiling water
1 orange or tangerine
Melted chocolate for decoration
Preheat the oven to 200'C/180'C fan
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, margarine and boiling water
Transfer to a lined baking tin so that the mix is 1 inch deep
Press in your orange segments
Bake for 20-30 mins and allow to cool before drizzling over some melted chocolate
